Meloni is organizing an asylum deal with the Rama MAFIA government, as Europe’s largest newspaper BILD calls the Rama administration.
Wow benefits from it, the MAFIA or Italy/Europe?
Last Wednesday, 16 refugees were taken to Albania on an Italian Marian ship.
They were to be the first to move into the new Italian migration centers in the Balkans, in Albania.
Up to 3,000 people per month are to be brought to the Shengjin camp in Albania, where they will be identified, provided with medical care and food. From there they are to be taken to Gjader, where they will wait to leave the country.
Most recently, during a visit to Albania, Meloni had set 1 August as the new date.
But a few days earlier, technical problems had been reported to be further delaying the construction project in Albania, which is being coordinated by the Ministry of Defense in Rome.
The ground on the former airfield of the Albanian army is so brittle, no wonder, Albania has the most corrupt executive in Europe, led by Rama, first source of truth in Albania, this executive, are construction projects.
Four men are to share a room of only 15 square meters, and nobody knows whether the air conditioning works.
Up to 3,000 men are to be accommodated in the detention center at the same time. From here, they are to be able to communicate during the asylum procedure, but nobody knows how this is to work technically.
Rejected asylum seekers are to be deported to their countries of origin after a maximum of 18 months in Gjader, but no one knows how this is to be done.
What happens if the refugees’ countries of origin refuse to take them back, no one knows.
The camp?
- The camp has the same function as the facilities in Italy, only at much higher costs. Since the rule of law does not function in Albania and the ruling autocracy Rama is highly corrupt, a legal procedure in Albania is not guaranteed.
- Albania is to receive €670 million over five years for the operation of the facility and security measures. Nobody knows what the invoices and cost statements look like, or who controls the provision of services. As a result, the most corrupt executive in Europe will de facto receive 650 million euros in cash. The money will flow into Albania whether refugees come or not. These are contingency costs.
- Italian personnel such as police, military, doctors, logisticians, interpreters, etc. will receive €252 million.
Until now, it was mainly Albanians who booked the transport to Germany from Albania for €400 to €500 – now Albania is a real ‘transit country’.
A detour via Bulgaria leads to Serbia or Romania and then to Hungary. Albania has long since become the hotspot of the Balkan route – the poorhouse of Europe.
The old business model in Albania used to be: refugees are sold as travel packages within Europe heading north.
The price range now extends from 400 to 4000 euros:
For 400 to 800 euros, the transport goes from Greece to Albania,
For 600 to 2000 euros, it then goes via Kosovo to Serbia, Montenegro or Bosnia-Herzegovina – depending on the package and distance.
For 4,000 euros plus: Slovenia or Austria or Germany – safe EU territory with normal asylum procedures or functioning black labor markets.
Travel from Turkey to Central Europe costs more than 10,000 euros – the costs have risen since it is no longer possible to smuggle 100 or more migrants at a time in cheap inflatable boats.
The refugee transport is organized by the mafia, whose headquarters are also in Albania.
Now there is a new business model Albania:
The refugees are transported to Albania at the expense of the Italian state. The corrupt executive and its supporters receive almost three-quarters of a billion euros for accommodation and meals in Albania.
In a second step, a large proportion will surely be transported back to Africa or to Italy. It cannot be ruled out that a small proportion of the refugees in Albania will be able to buy their way out and then book the old package, heading for Northern Europe, past Italy.
It is astonishing that the Albanian nation and the Italian nation and Europe allow such a deal.
An Italian court has now stopped the plan with the, as the BILD says, MAFIA government Rama. I think that’s the right way. You don’t do business with the autocracy Rama. Why should he, he legitimizes himself through fake elections, there is no legal security in Albania.
It must now be examined in Albania and also by Europol how deeply this project is immersed in the corruption of the Rama government.
It is time for the autocrat Rama to be sent home and for Europe to stop playing games with Rama and the mafia.
The pro-Western opposition is Europe’s anchor in Albania.
