Albania: Who is Krichbaum?
Autocracy Rama – a government of criminals
Albania: Who is Krichbaum?
Do you mean the party colleague who relatively often visits the Putin-oriented Serbs in Montenegro or who visits Rama or Basha in Tirana?
Do you mean the man who made a Nazi comparison in Albania?
And who, as the BILD writes, congratulated Rama’s mafia government on the reconstruction of the Albanian state and the administration ‘elected’ on the basis of election fraud and an undemocratic election law, and thus de facto praised the establishment of an autocracy, the erosion of press freedom, the politicization of the police, the dysfunctionality of the judiciary and the legislature, and the most corrupt executive in Europe.
A country where there is hardly any freedom of the press, as in Albania, and where there has been an exponential growth in drug exports to the EU, money laundering and corruption in government since Rama’s rise to power in 2013 cannot be a constitutional state.
Do you mean Mr. Kriechbaum, who, like Rama’s press office, claims that large parts of the German Bundestag’s 10-point resolution of 2019 have been fulfilled?
Is democratic right to vote there? No.
Is there freedom of the press? No, it is increasingly being restricted.
Have charges been brought against the Rama group for the 2017 election fraud? No.
Is Albania a parliamentary democracy? No.
On the one hand, a functioning constitutional state is required, which does not exist. On the other hand, Albania has de facto developed into a one-party state because Rama’s comrades under false flag (Basha/Alibeaj) have sailed in the opposition, which has undermined the opposition.
Is Albania a constitutional state? No.
The judiciary is still de facto dysfunctional and subordinate to the Rama autocracy. The fight against corruption is carried out as in Russia with the aim of neutralising critics and political opponents of the Rama administration.
The Albanian court files are viewed and managed in the private company of Rama’s ex-wife.
Are you referring to the man who, in a press release today, questions whether the reason for the conflicts in Albania between civil society/the opposition and the autocratic Rama, who feels legitimized by rigged elections, can be seen in the person of the chairman, Sali Berisha, who represents Albania?
Do you mean the man who demanded in Berlin today that the leader of the sister party of the CDU should distance himself from the acts of violence at a demonstration?
Do you mean the man who does not demand that the autocrat Rama distance himself from the acts of violence by the state of Albania last night?
Do you mean the man who does not address the actual reasons for last night’s demonstration in any way?
Do you mean the man who, from the unelected administration of Rama, which has had political responsibility for the exponential growth of government corruption and thus also the massive embezzlement of German tax money, money laundering and human trafficking and the dysfunctional rule of law in Albania for 12 years, does not demand that it stop this criminal behavior. You must mean Krichbaum, right?
He seems to have a limited knowledge of the situation in the Balkans, but apparently a close relationship with the autocrat Rama and his combatant Basha.
He praises a country in which every election is manipulated, in which there is no democratic right to vote, and which only benefits Rama. Krichbaum acts like Rama/Basha’s press secretary.
Let me say in conclusion that Kriechbaum’s Nazi comparison, and I say this as someone whose family was murdered partly in Auschwitz and partly by the Communists, is a disgrace for Germany, unacceptable.
Kriechbaum seems to have become a propaganda puppet of the Rama/Basha autocracy.
The man is intellectually unsatisfactory for our country. Instead, the unlawful detention of opposition members and the reduction of press freedom, as well as the violence against the lawyers of the pro-Western opposition, could have been addressed.
But a silence in the echo chamber of Mr. Krichbaum.
In doing so, he has disqualified himself as a conservative and a democrat. It doesn’t matter what he says, Christmas, a time for giving gifts, is probably just around the corner for him.
